PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Promotion of the project: In cooperation with the International Training Centre in Shanghai (CIFAL Shanghai) under the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), recruited students for the in-house training program Climate and Art in Africa.
  
• Improvement of the framework: In the context of the cooperation program with CIFAL Shanghai, accomplished the quantification and improvement of the communication and outreach methods between the company and the agency.
  
• Curriculum design: Worked on redesigning the framework of internal training materials, incorporating contemporary media content and visual elements, which resulted in better training results and employee satisfaction.

• Knowledge and Media Integration: Produced two official videos of the annual teaching activities. The project was the subject of 33 media reports, 10 of which were presented on national media.
  
• Introduction of New Technologies: Collaborated with the National Virtual Curatorial Laboratory to introduce AR animation generation applications and local picture books into the education program. The project-based research “the Discipline Construction of Chinese Aesthetic Education in the New Era” was selected as a liberal arts research and reform practice project by the Ministry of Education of China.

• Character design: Created a range of character designs, playing a leading role in the creation of 4 unique designs that incorporated special effects (bleeding effects, etc.).
  
• Material innovation: Developed a new mixture of sulphide and organic materials for a special mixed fabric used in tight-fitting garments.

• Artistic collaboration: Collaborated with the famous Japanese deaf artist CHISATO MINAMINURA to design the stylistic details of a stage play scene in one of the short films.
  
• Traditional technique adaptation: Adopted a traditional Chinese Beijing Opera technique called ‘stilt walking’, to allow the actors to portray women with feet deformed by the foot-binding practices of the times.

• Styling innovation: Co-designed dedicated looks for the characters that combined elements of drama and film.
  
• International recognition: Due to its multilayered narrative and authentic styling, the film made it to the finals of various international film festivals (e.g., Best Short Film, Silk Road International Film Festival).
