- Improvement of the framework: In the context of the cooperation program with CIFAL Shanghai, accomplished the quantification and improvement of the communication and outreach methods between the company and the agency.
- Curriculum design: Worked on redesigning the framework of internal training materials, incorporating contemporary media content and visual elements, which resulted in better training results and employee satisfaction.

- Collaborated with the famous Japanese deaf artist CHISATO MINAMINURA to design the stylistic details of a stage play scene in one of the short films.
- Adopted for the screen a traditional Chinese Beijing Opera technique called 'stilt walking', to allow the actors to portray women with feet deformed by the foot-binding practices of the times.
